JASON A. DIAMOND, ESQ. has been a Trial Lawyer for the Broward County Public Defender's Office, defending clients accused of felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile crimes. He graduated from the University of Florida with Honors, and Nova Southeastern School of Law. Mr. Diamond is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida, and the Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida since 1995. Mr. Diamond has been an Adjunct Professor, teaching law at Broward Community College and Barry University in Miami. To date, Mr. Diamond's Law Firm has handled over 500,000 traffic tickets.
SCOTT KISTNER, ESQ. moved to the State of Florida from Connecticut in 1992. Before moving to Florida Mr. Kistner attended College in Providence Rhode Island and attended University in London England. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1996. Mr. Kistner has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida since 1996 and was admitted into the Colorado State Bar in 1996 as well. Mr. Kistner has personally appeared in Court in over 200,000 Traffic Infraction cases since 1998. Mr. Kistner has also personally handled over 10,000 Traffic Criminal and Misdemeanor cases.
RHONDA M. DIAMOND, ESQ., is admitted to practice both in the State of Florida and the State of New York, as well as the Northern District of New York. Mrs. Diamond graduated from Pennsylvania State University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mrs. Diamond worked for the New York State Department of Correctional Services as Assistant Counsel. After moving to Florida, Mrs. Diamond practiced Immigration Law, as well as worked for a multi-million dollar data corporation. Prior to joining Diamond, Kistner and Diamond in 2002, Ms. Diamond worked for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as Assistant Counsel, where she handled many kinds of Administrative Drivers License Suspension Appeals.
