According to the Ocala Star Banner, police arrested a woman Thursday after she was seen driving recklessly and nearly hitting a group of children in a parking lot. An officer in the area of Northwest Second Street and Northwest Sixth Avenue saw a black 1998 Ford Contour speeding. As the car pulled into Parkside Gardens Apartments, the driver, Keisha Ann Feeney, 23, almost a hit a group of children standing on a sidewalk. Feeney stopped the car, got out and began urinating on the ground. She was quickly arrested. She tried several times to kick out the back windows of a police cruiser, so her legs were restrained. She was charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked, disorderly conduct and reckless driving.
